- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to support organizational objectives.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, other nonprofits, and community organizations.
- Understand the needs and priorities of partners to ensure alignment with the nonprofit's mission.

3. Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

- Collaborate with partners to secure financial support, in-kind donations, and other resources.

4. Grant Writing and Proposals:

- Ensure that partnership proposals align with the requirements of potential funders.

5. Collaboration with Program Teams:

- Work closely with program managers to understand the organization's programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between partners and program teams to enhance the impact of projects.

6. Contract Negotiation and Management:

- Negotiate partnership agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), and contracts.
- Ensure that partnerships are structured to benefit both parties and comply with legal and ethical standards.

7. Communication and Reporting:

- Communicate the impact of partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to partners and funders on the progress and outcomes of joint initiatives.

8. Event Planning and Coordination:

- Organize and coordinate events that showcase the achievements and impact of partnerships.
- Leverage events as opportunities for networking, relationship building, and fundraising.

9. Advocacy and Policy Engagement:

- Collaborate with partners on advocacy efforts and policy initiatives that align with the organization's mission.
- Represent the organization in relevant forums and discussions.

10. Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnerships on the organization's goals and social impact.

11. Budget Management:

- Manage the budget allocated for partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.

12. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, communications, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in partnership activities.

13. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and manage a partnerships team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
