Work experience: 7-10 years

Experience and Expertise Required:

- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.

- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.


- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.

- You have carried an individual and team revenue targets.

Job Requirements:

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnerships globally.

- Negotiating attractive partnership & alliance deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that is in line with business objectives and strategy.

- Maintaining and deepening relationships with all partners to ensure continuous business growth.

- Developing metrics to measure partnership success.

- Maintain alliance with strategic partners and develop sales strategy.

- Prepare strategic Sales and Marketing plans in-line with company targets and goals.

- Build relationship with alliance partners and develop business globally.

- Create and implement business plans for partners to execute.

- Provide business inputs and ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness in service and products offered via/through partners.

- Drive partner contract terms and communicate contract details with management.

- Design, arrange and complete contracts to achieve company's revenue objectives from partners.

- Analyse company's product performance in market & research competitive trends to always stay ahead of the curve.

- Enable partners to independently sell company's products & services.

- Coordinate with engineering, service, finance and marketing departments as it relates to partner affairs.

- Manage agreement renewals with alliance partners that promotes year on year growth.
