You'll work at the intersection of design, strategy, and sales to forge meaningful partnerships across tech, consulting, and digital-first businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Pipeline BuildingProactively drive outreach via cold connects, networking & referralsConduct market mapping to target high-potential accountsBuild and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipelineSales ExecutionManage the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → closeCraft proposals, decks, and pricing strategies tailored to client needsRespond to RFPs/RFQs with a consultative lensConsistently achieve quarterly revenue targetsClient PartnershipsBuild trust with CXOs and key decision-makersIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growthPosition design and product innovation as business leversTeam CollaborationWork closely with design, strategy, and delivery teams for smooth handoversShare market insights to evolve our positioning and offeringsWhat You’ll Bring4–7 years in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, UX/design, IT, or consulting)Proven success in lead generation and deal closuresExcellent communication, storytelling & negotiation skillsFamiliarity with CRMs and reportingStrong grasp of UX/UI, product strategy, or innovation servicesBonus: Experience with design studios or domains like BFSI, fintech, D2CWhat We OfferHigh ownership in a fast-paced, design-led setupStrategic exposure & autonomy with direct CXO interactionsA chance to shape how businesses grow through designDiverse, forward-thinking client portfolio
