Job Summary:

We seek a data-driven Growth Marketer passionate about digital marketing and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns, optimizing lead generation, and analyzing performance metrics to fuel growth. This role will be crucial in scaling our marketing efforts, enhancing our digital footprint, and ensuring that we capture and convert high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  1. Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Optimize the entire lead generation funnel, from attracting prospects to converting leads into customers.
  • Design and manage campaigns that generate high-quality leads for various businesses for fleet franchise opportunities & EV Rental.
  1. Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and competitive research to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  1. Content & Social Media Management:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and growth in followers and engagement.
  1. Marketing Automation & CRM:
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing and improve customer retention.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing activities with sales processes.
  1. Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for sustainability and the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
