About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at PayU. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and develop creative solutions to drive rapid growth.
  • Manage key marketing partnerships to reach customers at scale and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and growth, preferably in a B2C fintech product start-up.
  • Strong understanding of the India media and digital market, including media cost dynamics, landscape, and media usage trends.
  • Highly innovative and out-of-the-box thinking, with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
  • Experience with growth marketing at a B2C fintech product start-up (BNPL, Cards, Loans) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
