Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our audience and drive user acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing for email campaigns, LinkedIn paid content, and Instagram paid content to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to experiment with new channels and strategies, driving user engagement and acquisition.
  • Analyze various metrics, including conversion rates, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing strategy aligns with the company's overarching goals.
  • Brainstorm content ideas and work with the marketing team and designer to bring them to life.
  • Analyze content performance and pivot our strategy accordingly to achieve the best results.
  • Engage with our community through social media, responding to comments and serving as the admin of our groups and pages.
  • Improve our Google SEO ranking and organic ranking.
  • Report regularly on the success of our marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate inbound marketing leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns and smart funnels.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience as a growth marketer or a similar role.
  • 3 years of experience with analyzing content performance and optimization.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Instagram posting.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Data analysis.
  • Experience with CRMs and lead generation tools.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English (bonus for proficiency in German and Arabic).
  • Knowledge of various marketing tactics, including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention marketing, A/B testing, and SEO, and the ability to effectively implement these tactics to drive growth.
