Senior Growth Marketer Job Description

As a Senior Growth Marketer at Valsoft Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving growth strategies for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and Execute Growth Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across all marketing channels to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create and optimize campaigns for high-performing marketing channels, including search engine marketing, display ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Focus on inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, especially within the SaaS and hospitality industries, to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS products.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Social, Email, Content, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and growth experimentation.
  • Experience working in Hospitality SaaS is a major advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of driving marketing initiatives that create results.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
  • A passion for storytelling and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Pardot, Account Engagement.
  • Experience in Gartner.
  • Experience driving traffic and MQLs using multiple growth channels.
