We're now looking for a **Growth Marketer** who can help us scale our customer base without relying on traditional paid advertising platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Drive Organic Growth**: Develop and implement SEO strategies, content marketing, and community outreach to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- **Optimize Conversion Funnels**: Analyze and improve the customer acquisition funnel from website visits to signups to paying customers. You will run A/B tests and iterate on landing pages, onboarding flows, and product experiences.
- **Build Partnerships and Referrals**: Create and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other SaaS companies. Establish referral programs to turn current customers into growth drivers.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage in relevant online communities such as Reddit, Quora, and niche forums. Position TexAu as a go-to solution for B2B automation and web scraping needs.
- **Content Strategy & Collaboration**: Work with our content marketer to generate high-quality, SEO-driven content (blogs, case studies, tutorials) that educates prospects and drives leads.
- **Measure and Report**: Track key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates. Use data to inform your growth experiments and optimize campaigns.
- **Leverage Alternative Channels**: Explore non-traditional marketing channels such as podcasts, webinars, and industry-specific collaborations to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years of experience** in growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- **Experience in organic growth strategies**, including SEO, content marketing, and outreach campaigns.
- Proven track record of **driving traffic and converting leads** without reliance on Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills: you can track, measure, and optimize campaigns based on real-time data and insights.
- **Creative problem-solver** who enjoys experimenting with new growth channels and strategies to unlock customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (like Ahrefs, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work closely with content, product, and customer success teams.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with B2B SaaS products focused on web scraping, automation, or lead generation.
- Knowledge of running partnership and affiliate marketing programs.
