Role:Manager Marketing & Growth

Summary:

The Manager will spearhead marketing efforts for a studiofocusing on mobile games responsible for crafting and executinginnovative strategies to engage users across various mediaplatforms. With a strong background in mobile game marketing and akeen understanding of market dynamics this role requires skills toguide marketing and user acquisition towards achieving companyobjectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digitaladvertising user engagement and analytics alongside a passion forgaming culture.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing & UserAcquisition: Develop and implement global strategiesfor user acquisition market analysis and budgetmanagement.
  • KPIs & CampaignManagement: Set and monitor KPIs to optimize userengagement downloads andretention.
  • Digital & CreativeCampaigns: Lead digital marketing and creativecontent initiatives to drive user interest anddownloads.
  • Innovative Techniques& Analytics: Use machine learning and analyticsto enhance marketing tactics and boost Lifetime Value(LTV).
  • Market Analysis andTrends: Leverage market trends for strategicdecisionmaking.
  • OperationalLeadership: Integrate marketing with businessproduct and operational strategies for cohesivegrowth.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Refine strategies based on performancedata for sustainable growth and competitive positioning.
  • ASO & MarketVisibility: Improve game visibility through AppStore Optimization (ASO) and keep abreast of mobile gamingtrends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of mobile marketing experiencefor iOS and Android platforms.
  • At least 2 yearsof experience running UA campaigns for casual games in the Tier 1markets & worldwide.
  • Strong knowledge andknowhow in creative strategy for casual mobilegames
  • Proficiency in executing successfulcampaigns on Meta Google Ads TikTok ASA and other leading platforms
  • Proficient in analyzing mobile game productsto drive user engagement and retention and informed datadrivenmarketing strategies for optimal results.

Desirable but notrequired:

  • Mastersdegree in Marketing Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Additional certifications in digitalmarketing or game development.
  • Experience withmachine learning applications inmarketing.
  • Proficiency in languages other thanEnglish to facilitate international marketingefforts
