Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic marketing efforts to scale products across various domains, including AI, hardware, and biotech.
- Design and implement successful campaigns that drive product awareness, user acquisition, and lead generation.
- Identify and analyze market trends, user behavior, and competition to refine Product-Market Fit (PMF) for new and existing products.
- Develop and execute growth marketing plans with clear targets and KPIs to measure success.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across multiple channels such as digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and email.
- Experiment with new marketing channels, strategies, and growth hacks to drive scalable growth.

Requirements:
- Proven success in leading marketing campaigns and finding product-market fit (PMF) for tech products.
- Extensive experience with lead generation strategies and tactics that focus on scalability.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing, user acquisition, and customer retention strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis and marketing performance tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience in scaling products across multiple domains, especially tech-related industries (AI, hardware, or biotech).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in hardware or biotech marketing.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
- Previous startup experience or experience in fast-paced environments.
