Channel Sales Coordinator

Primary Purpose of Role
To oversee tasks and analyses pertaining to Channel Sales and the Digital Automation projects.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure Robust Data Bank Maintenance, Tracking & Circulation
2. Circulate Daily/ Monthly Reports / Dashboards for Priority Dealers & Digital Incentive Programs
3. Alignment, Coordination & Tracking of Project timelines with Internal & External stakeholders
4. Timely Payment Process, Approvals & PO creation for Existing and New Initiatives
5. Regular updates on Key projects progress and existing program action points
6. Ensure on-time Customer’s payment and User payouts.
7. Furthermore, There is a requirement for participation in significant initiatives related to Channel Development and various ad hoc tasks during Sales Reviews.
8. Deliver accurate and timely information and updates regarding the program to the internal & External Audit process
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative, Analytical, Good Excel & Power point skill
- Reporting & Dashboard
- Excel & PowerPoint Charts & Slides
- Maintain / Track database for Priority Dealer (GT/TONT), MONT, Digital Incentive Program & Other related reports
- Timely Digital Program & Priority Dealers related report publishment
- Business update on Power point
- Monthly program updates reporting to Business planning team (MD office)
2. Strong communication & follow-up skill
3. Coordination with Cross function, Sales Team, External Agencies & App developer
Ensure alignment with cross functional department & Internal-External parties (Like - Region Sales Team, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Agency, Vendors etc.)
4. Ensure on time PO creation, Procurement Approvals, Agreements, Provisions
Keep a track of all Contracts and auditing the same at Region wise every month and documenting the same with Cross function
5. Clear understanding on deliverables and take ownership on given takes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate
Tech savvy to understanding the Digital program algorithm.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of working in Beer/Beverage industry
- Very good knowledge on Presentation /Excel / MS Windows systems
- Strong Coordination Skills
- Good Speaking and Writing proficiency in English
