JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE (This is not designation) : Channel Sales
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
- Responsible for Revenue and total Profitability points targets for his/her partners.
- Working with the overall Channel branch team (as the case may be) to enhance the partner base as outlined by the “reach program”.
- To reach the “Cross selling” to 80% + level by 31 st March ramping up from Jan onwards. Cross selling defined as all Vertiv offerings are proposed and participated for a given customer and evidenced in CRM.
- Develop basic understanding of all Vertiv offerings and able to drive sales for “run rate / Standard product sales” or sale of Vertiv products in standard applications without requiring support from Product sales specialists.
- Ensure the Channel schemes, promotions are well understood and motivating partners to reach the schemes. Also help to resolve any genuine issues faced by partner – Vertiv brand, partner payment issues, etc…
- To ensure pipeline adequacy, in line with previous 3M rolling strike rate and monthly order and revenue targets.

- TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Exposure on any of the hardware product like networking, servers, racks etc.
- System Integrators, Channel Partner handling.
- BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
- Partner relationship management
- BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
- Good Communication skills
- Open to travel
EDUCATION BE / B Tech preferred. Any graduate with relevant experience.
