**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, real estate brokers, and agents to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell company’s real estate projects to prospective buyers through channel partner networks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with channel partners to generate leads and close deals.
- Assist in organizing site visits for channel partners and prospective clients, ensuring a smooth experience and providing all necessary project information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for enhancing channel partner engagement and driving sales.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to offer insights and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze results to improve channel partner performance.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in channel sales in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and local property trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
