Position Title: Inside Sales Specialist – FMCG & E-commerce Expert
Location: Sector-63, Gurugram
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary: ₹30,000/month

- Order Management: Process customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Sales Coordination: Convert leads, build client relationships, and assist in sales strategy development.
- E-Commerce Management: Manage product listings, stock, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for clients, offering solutions and support.
- Opportunity Discovery: Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth channels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze trends for strategy enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
