Position Title: Inside Sales Specialist – FMCG & E-commerce Expert

Location: Sector-63, Gurugram

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Salary: ₹30,000/month

What You’ll Do:
  • Order Management: Process customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Sales Coordination: Convert leads, build client relationships, and assist in sales strategy development.
  • E-Commerce Management: Manage product listings, stock, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more.
  • Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for clients, offering solutions and support.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth channels.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze trends for strategy enhancement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
