About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing orders, optimizing sales on various e-commerce platforms, and building strong relationships with national and international clients. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a passion for seeking new opportunities and driving business growth.
# Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management:
- Manage and process customer orders from various channels.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders with proper coordination with logistics teams.
2. Sales Coordination:
- Handle incoming queries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with national and international clients and customers.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to meet company goals.
3. E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee operations on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor stock levels, product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Work to expand the client base both nationally and internationally.
5. Opportunity Seeking:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.
- Research and explore new markets, partnerships, and sales channels.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales data and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications-
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
