GroRapid Labs is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist who has a keen interest in Marketing & Sales operations, especially with platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, and other CRM solutions. If you are passionate about automations, integrations, and NoCode solutions, this role is for you.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to marketing operations, analytics, communication, and marketing automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketing operations and processes.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM processes.
  • Implement and manage integrations between various marketing tools.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
