Position Title: Channel Sales Manager (B2B) - 02 positions

Level: Deputy Manager

Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon


Job Purpose: Develop and manage direct-to-consumer sales channels, identify new opportunities, manage retail and distributor relationships, and drive growth through marketing and sales strategies. Aim to maximize sales, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen the company’s B2B & B2C market position.


Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; PGDM / MBA preferred.


Experience: 4-8 years in channel management and B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or paper industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development and Growth: Identify and assess new sales channels; execute strategies to enter/expand markets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors; provide training and support.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Meet monthly volume and collection targets; monitor and optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Experience and Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality customer experience; address and resolve complaints; gather feedback.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Generate sales and performance reports; forecast sales and channel performance; analyze market trends.

  • Functional Skills: Channel development, sales strategy, negotiation, market analysis, performance monitoring.
  • Behavioral Skills: Relationship building, negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, result oriented.
