Channel Partner Executive

We are looking for a Channel Partner Executive with 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new Channel partners
- Give Demos and Educate Channel partners about our Product and its uses
- Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners, and work closely with them to develop new strategies to improve the sales and revenue
- Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
- Provide support and strategic recommendations to the partners based on their requirements and challenges
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in Channel Partner Management / Sales
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good Presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
