About the Role

As the Sales Enablement executive, you will play a critical role in equipping our Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel. You will be a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team, developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.


Responsibilities:

  • Be an Integral part of the development and execution of a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Create and deliver impactful training Content for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.
  • Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Pre-Sales of 3+ years in the MarTech space.
  • At least 3 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role within a Martech SAAS set.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
