Job Role
SS Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled CRM System Specialist to join their team. As a CRM System Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM systems to improve sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM systems to enhance sales processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy CRM solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM systems
- Conduct requirement gathering, documentation of processes, prototyping, and testing during CRM deployment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM
Requirements
- Domain expertise in CRM, sales, and services processes
- Knowledge of CRM, sales, and services processes
- Hands-on functional experience in sales processes and/or service management for at least 3 years
- 2-4 years' experience in deploying Line of Business solutions (CRM) and interacting with end-users and IT implementation teams
Desirable Skills
- CRM certification
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated excellence in presenting complex topics to executive and personnel
