About the Role
As the Sales Enablement executive, you will play a critical role in equipping our Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel. You will be a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team, developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.
Responsibilities:
Be an Integral part of the development and execution of a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
Create and deliver impactful training Content for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.
Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.
Qualifications:
Experience in Pre-Sales of 3+ years in the MarTech space.
At least 3 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role within a Martech SAAS set.
Consultative Approach: Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
