**Job Summary**
Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Help customers resolve sales-related issues promptly, generally providing real-time support. As a Sales Support Specialist, he/she will help the company grow by improving our sales process and productivity.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Proactive approach to resolving problems and issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or certifications/degrees in relevant field a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Stay up to date with new product and feature launches.
- Suggest sales process improvements.
- Keeping track of sales targets.
- Provides necessary data or reports to the sales team.
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help where necessary.
- Continuous follow-up and engagement with all customers.
