We are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical/pathology sectors.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers and stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
- **Market Research**: Identify new business opportunities and provide insights on market needs and customer preferences.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product usage and benefits.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or pathology industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/pathology products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
