AbouttheRole:

TheSales Operations Executive plays a key role in driving strategicbusiness planning and growth initiatives through the design ofsales processes and leveraging of sales productivity tools. Theywork closely with the sales organization to identify issues andrectify them by collaborating crossfunctionally with otherdepartments.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Developand implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company salestargets
  • Analyse sales data andmarket trends to identify opportunities for growth andimprovement
  • Collaborate with salesteams to ensure effective communication and coordination of salesactivities
  • Monitor and evaluatesales performance metrics and provide regular reports tomanagement
  • Manage and optimize salesprocesses including lead generation qualification andconversion
  • Coordinate with otherdepartments such as marketing and finance to align sales effortswith overall businessobjectives
  • Provide training andsupport to sales teams on product knowledge and CRMsystems
  • Develop and maintain salesforecasting models and tools to support accurate salesprojections


Requirements

RequiredSkills andExperience

  • Provenwork experience in a Sales Operations or similar role. Min 1Yearexp and not more that 4 yrs.
  • Strongunderstanding of the sales process to support the salesteam
  • Analytical skills to interpretsales data to make suggestions on how to improve the salesprocess
  • Experience working withdifferent teams and departments to streamline onboarding andreporting
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills
  • Proficient in MS Office andexperience with CRM systems (ZohoCRM)
  • Ability to prioritize plan andorganize
  • Passion for sales andoperationaldevelopment
