Position: Business Development Manager

Location – Orchid Centre, Golf-Course Road, Sector-54, Gurgaon (On-site)

Department : Business Development

Education- MBA

CTC – 5 LPA (4.5 L Fixed+0.50 L Variable) + Sales Incentive




Desired Candidate:

· MBA qualification.

· Interest in B2B/corporate sales.

· Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.

· Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

· Proactive and street-smart individual.

· Ideally based in Gurgaon.


Key Skills:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proactive business development professional.

· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

· Good knowledge of using LinkedIn and related tools.

 

The Role

Responsibilities:

· Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.

· Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.

· Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.

· Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.

· Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.

· Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.

· Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, the Financial Services Industry and FinTech industry.
  • You have working knowledge of corporate sales and excel
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
