A Leading Manufacturingindustry is looking for experienced candidate in endtoend payrollprocess for our employees ensuring that all payroll activities arecarried out efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate withvarious departments to collect and verify payroll data processpayments and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Youwill also handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues relatedto employeecompensation.

PayrollProcessing:
  • Prepare and processmonthly/weekly payrolls for all employees ensuring accuracy insalary deductions andbenefits.
  • Calculate and verifyovertime bonuses commissions and other variablepay.
  • Process and track employeeleave (e.g. sick leave vacation days) and ensure it is reflected inpayroll.
Compliance& Reporting:
  • Ensure compliancewith all tax laws labor regulations and statutory requirements(e.g. Provident Fund Social Security IncomeTax).
  • Prepare and submit tax filingsstatutory reports and yearend reports related topayroll.
  • Assist in internal andexternal audits and prepare relevant payrollreports.
EmployeeQueries & Support:
  • Respond topayrollrelated inquiries from employees and resolve issues relatedto payments benefits anddeductions.
  • Ensure confidentialityof payroll information and employeerecords.
SystemMaintenance &Accuracy:
  • Maintain accurate payrollrecords and data within the payroll system (HRIS/PayrollSoftware).
  • Support the integrationof any new payrollrelated software or systemupdates.
  • Continuously monitor andimprove payroll processes for efficiency andaccuracy.


RequirementsEducation:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field(preferred).
Experience:
  • Minimumof X years of experience in payroll processing or a similarrole.
  • Experience with payrollsoftware/systems (e.g. SAP ADP Paychex) is highlypreferred.
  • Knowledge of local laborlaws taxation and social securityregulations.
Skills:
  • Strongattention to detail and high level ofaccuracy.
  • Ability to handlesensitive and confidentialinformation.
  • Excellentorganizational and timemanagementskills.
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice particularly Excel.
  • Strongcommunication skills and the ability to respond to employee queriesprofessionally.
