We are looking for a talented individual with 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role, to lead our HR operations team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong Excel knowledge, and be employee-centric.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Implement lean principles to delight employees.
  • Manage payroll, attendance processes, and employee data management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes effectively.
  • Responsible for HR Technologies, including HRMS and LMS.
  • Ensure timely confirmation processing and letters issued.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of HR experience in a leadership role.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge.
  • Employee-centric with attention to detail, planning, prioritizing, and organizing.
