Maitsys US IT Recruiting Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters located in India and the USA. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT recruitment, especially in SAP and infrastructure-related roles.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, ensuring timely placements, and meeting business growth targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Team Management:
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters based in India and the USA.
  3. Provide guidance, training, and development to ensure recruiters meet performance goals.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment team members, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and high-performing recruitment environment.
  6. Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
  7. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent in SAP, infrastructure, and other IT roles.
  8. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  9. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, internal databases, and industry-specific platforms.
  10. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  11. Operational Excellence:
  12. Ensure recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire are met or exceeded.
  13. Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
  14. Ensure compliance with hiring laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Continuously improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Stakeholder Engagement:
  17. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
  18. Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment metrics, hiring status, and market trends.
  19. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  20. Market Insights & Employer Branding:
  21. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent market conditions, especially in the SAP and infrastructure domains.
  22. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand in India and the USA.
  23. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to attract top talent.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of IT recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in SAP, infrastructure, and IT-related recruiting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing geographically dispersed teams (India & USA) to meet hiring goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for SAP implementation, SAP RISE, and SAP infrastructure projects.
  • Strong network and connections in the SAP and IT infrastructure talent pool.
  • Experience working with a fast-paced, high-growth IT services company.
