Key Accounts Manager- Modern Trade

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To generate revenue from offline Modern Trade (MT) stores such as Nature's Basket, Reliance, Star Bazaar, Dorabjee's etc.

- To devise a strategy unique to national and regional level MT retails stores 

- To develop a team under them responsible for different accounts and activities

- To develop relationships with the customers

- To finalize and execute JBP (Joint Business Plans) on an annual basis with each store

- To get timely POs and ensure quantities are in line with targets

- To ensure expiry and return is capped or within the company's targeted limit

- To ensure visibility of the brand and the product

- To design and run marketing campaigns in these stores and report its ROI with analytics

- Ensuring timely payments

Requirements
(1) Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade (MT).

(2) Should have handled at least three national chains at a HO level. Handling regional chains will be an added advantage.

(3) Should have managed a minimum 5 MT chains at regional level

(4) Must have a clear and detailed understanding of sales operations in MT channel

(5) Proven track record to achieve sales objectives

(6) Should be able to appoint and manage distributors, wherever required.

(7) Should be good at relationship management with the customers.

(8) Should be a team player - know how to get the work done from within the team and external stakeholders

(9) Should demonstrate In-Store execution excellence at a store level through the local team.

(10) Pan India travel for 8-10 days a month 
Educational Qualification:

(1) Minimum graduate, MBA preferred (from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges).

(2) Age must be
