Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at AS-IT-IS Nutrition (MELTING POT CONCEPTS PRIVATE LIMITED). As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the nutrition supplements industry is highly desirable.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Onboard Sales Executives over PAN India.
  • To be taken care of Training and Development When ever its required.
  • Hands on Experience in B2B, B2C and customer satifaction.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement national sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve team productivity.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
