National Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

To lead the Trade Marketing Strategy and Execution agenda for GT Channel.

- To Conceptualizes new product launches, competition information and suggest strategies for Trade Marketing initiatives to build sales promotions, brand communication and product communication to effectively present the same to the customers and increase market penetration.

- To Contribute in creating the correct go to market model; determine town and outlet penetration suitable for current and future business growth.

- To drive the AOP planning & allocation of Annual Trade marketing budget.

- To review the trade spends utilization and take corrective actions to maintain the right ROI for trade spends and effective utilization of the same as per allotted budget.

- To Lead and ensure the delivery of best-in-class trade marketing / customer marketing channel Programs and Point of Sale (POS) design and development of the same with agencies/suppliers.

- To Oversees preparation of calendar of activities based on building blocks and trade marketing plans and drive the execution of the same through the Regional Trade Marketing teams and Sales team.

- To review POS / promotion effectiveness with the Regional Trade marketing team / sales team and provide feedback and recommendations to improve the same.
