Job Overview

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, mid-level position located in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore , Goa, Punjab & Haryana. The role focuses on driving growth and expanding market reach for Kimirica Hunter Internationals luxury hotel toiletries and amenities. The successful candidate will forge strong partnerships with clients, leveraging their expertise to enhance the companys presence in the targeted regions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Relationship Building (Mandatory skill): Expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, aiding in long-term partnership success.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and benefits to customers.
  • Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills that facilitate mutually beneficial agreements and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to design and implement strategic plans that propel company growth and improve market presence.
  • Market Research: Experience in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform business decisions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, anticipate market shifts, and create actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in designated regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach and detailed product presentations.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering value consistently.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and the delivery of superior customer service.
  • Monitor sales metrics, report on performance, and refine tactics to optimize sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and ensure the fulfillment of project requirements and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales performance and market developments to upper management.
