Business Manager Select, hire, and supervise staff across all business functions, ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate the orientation of new staff members and implement ongoing training and development programs for existing employees to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability while managing the business toward aggressive growth goals.
- Monitor business operations performance regularly, identifying areas of improvement and driving the resolution of any operational issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all team members are working toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
- Manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maintaining cost control across all business operations.
- Oversee product demonstrations, client interactions, and sales initiatives to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships.
- Utilize ERP and real estate sales experience to enhance business processes and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve overall business Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business management, preferably in sales or operations.
- Strong general business skills, including budget preparation, staff development, and training.
- Ability to make sound decisions using reasoning and independent judgment.
- Experience in product demonstrations and client interaction.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and understanding of real estate sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to implement and drive growth strategies and achieve business targets.
