Designation:LegalManager
Location:Mumbai
Purpose:The primary purpose of the role is to support thecompanys growth by managing endtoend transaction documentation forits projects. The successful candidate will be responsible fordrafting negotiating and finalizing transaction documentationincluding agreements for sale MOUs sale deeds and other commercialcontracts. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to ensure timely and efficient closure oftransactions.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Draftingtransaction documentation such as ATS Sale Deed ConstructionContacts and ancillary documents
  • Providinggeneral legal counsel and advising the management on riskmanagement and mitigation
  • Leading negotiationsof transaction documentation with purchasers and resolving clientqueries
  • Managing and tracking endtoendtransaction documentation till execution and registration ofagreements
  • Overseeing litigation andcoordinating with external counsel
  • Preparingdocumentation and obtaining RERA registrations forprojects
  • Aiding and supporting the legal teamas required in othermatters

KeyRequirements:
  • LLBfrom a leading university inIndia.
  • Minimum 4 years ofpostqualification experience at a leading law firm and/or inhouseposition. Strong transactional background with excellent skills indrafting and negotiating Real Estate/RERAAgreements.

KeySkills:
  • Highproficiency in drafting and negotiating RERAagreements
  • Excellent organizational skillsincluding the ability to manage multiple projects and work in afastmoving environment
  • Ability to findsolutions and deliver results within settimelines
  • Applying commercial considerations tocontract negotiations review anddrafting
  • Working independently or with minimalsupervision while contributing successfully to crossfunctionalteams
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build relationships with crossfunctionalteams
