KeyResponsibilities:

Drafting vettingand negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements based onvaried business models with customers vendors and partners inalignment with relevant laws and internal policies with an aim tobalance risk mitigation with efficiency of execution. End to endcontracts management.
Work closely with stakeholders andprovide them with sound legal advice.

Work Experience & SkillsRequired:

LL.B from a premier lawschool or university in India.
At least 4 years ofpostqualification experience in drafting and negotiation ofcommercial contracts.
Must Have Skills:
Have stronganalytical drafting and negotiation skills with the ability toquickly absorb business / commercial requirements and draftappropriate legal documentation / provide legaladvisory.
Must be a selfstarter and exhibit highmotivation sense of urgency commitment and ownership.
Have high integrity collaborative communication and interpersonalskills.
Strong businessacumen.
