Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in businessand functional analysis specifically focused on ServiceNow productsand solutions.
  • Proven track record ofimplementing at least three distinct ServiceNow products withinglobal organizations.
  • Over 2 years of handsonexperience working within an Agile Delivery environment.
  • Extensive business analysis and functional consultingexperience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM such as ITBM HR GRCITOM Performance Analytics etc.
  • Strongcapability in engaging and managing senior stakeholders resolvingconflicts and presenting confidently to seniorlevelaudiences.
  • A strong commitment to quality witha keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated experiencein leading Digital Transformation initiatives within largescaleenterprise environments.
  • Ability to challengecustomer requirements positively aiming to deliver superiorsolutions and outcomes.
  • Expertise inleveraging ServiceNows data and analytics to drive meaningfulinsights and enhance performance.
  • Indepthunderstanding of ServiceNow technical concepts including workflowdesign APIs Web Services and integrations.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments with aproactive problemsolving approach.
  • Proficientin prioritizing tasks and managing workloads effectively to meetdeadlines even under pressure.
  • Competence inidentifying and escalating issues that may affect project scopequality or timelines.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experience in business analysis or functional consultingacross other applications and infrastructuretechnologies.
  • Previous experience in anenterprise IT Service Management environment.

CoreResponsibilities:

  • Actas a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert during customer engagementsincluding workshops presentations and delivery planningsessions.
  • Prepare and organize customerengagement materials such as presentations and workshop contentschedule sessions and track engagement actions anddeliverables.
  • Aid the Demand Manager inensuring timely assessment and sizing of incoming ServiceNowdemands.
  • Conduct thorough analyses ofcustomers business challenges and desired outcomes documentingthese requirements comprehensively.
  • Define anddocument User Stories for projects and products with clear concisearticulation.
  • Ensure that all User Storiesadhere to best practices including detailed descriptions prioritiesand acceptance criteria.
  • Identify andrecommend innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow productscrossproduct capabilities and other enterprise technologies todeliver exceptional value propositions.
  • Provide business analysis input during the refinement ofUser Stories collaborating with Technical Architects SoftwareDevelopers Agile Delivery Managers and others to ensure accurateestimation of scope complexity time and cost.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency inbusiness analysis and functional consulting activities.
  • Offer guidance and support to other Business Analysts andproject resources fostering continual improvement in deliveryperformance.
  • Promote and implement bestpractices and industry standards for business analysis within theESM Platform Engagement Team.
  • Ensure thatbusiness requirements are traceable throughout the deliverylifecycle taking endtoend responsibility for the value deliveredfrom each User Story.
  • Drive the design of testplans and test cases for User Stories maximizing the use andadoption of the Automated Test Framework.
  • Workclosely with Agile Delivery Managers to ensure timely and qualitydelivery of projects.
  • Coordinate and managethe delivery of business analysis activities among onshore andoffshore business analysts and functional consultants.
  • Manage client reporting supporting the Delivery Lead increating insightful metrics KPIs and Performance Analyticsdashboards.
  • Own and manage the definition andallocation of Themes and Epics across platform products.
  • Support the technical delivery of projects and productdevelopment on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvementopportunities within the ESM Platform Team.

Education andProfessional Skills:

  • A degree in computer science engineering or a relatedtechnical field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in atleast two ServiceNow products.
  • Minimum qualification of an ITIL FoundationCertificate.
