We are lookingfor a ServiceNow Developer with strong administration developmentand support skills on ServiceNow ITSM/CSM. The ServiceNow Developerrole will work closely with business and product teams to achievethe desired outcome within the Agile Methodology.

• Will be responsible todevelop and implement different ServiceNow applications andintegrations from initiation to completion tailored to the customerrequirements.
• Creation/implementation/modification of ServiceNowITSM/CSM/others components.
• Maintain technicaldocumentation and assist/participate in QA and user trainingactivities.
• Understanding of the projectdelivery lifecycle and processes and theirimplementation.
• Scripting (JavaScript) fordifferent modules for writing Rules Updating/creating workflowsAPIs etc.
• Understand detailed requirements andown your code from design implementation test automation anddelivery of highquality solutions to our customers.
• Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agileenvironment.
• Having a strong focus on codequality and reusability.

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA oran equivalent education.
• 57 years of relevantexperience in design and development with ServiceNowplatform.
• Proficiency in scripting includingJavaScript CSS HTML Angular with experience in REST API integrationwill be a plus.
• Proficiency with ServiceNowframework and good understanding of UI Scripting UI Action UIPolicy UI Macro Business Rules Workflow development ServiceNowadministration Reporting in ServiceNow SQL Database view inServiceNow.
• Experience across Waterfall andAgile project methodologies.
• Dynamic teamplayer with good verbal and written communication.
• Experience on one or more ITSM CSM or other SNOW modules.Implementations will be a big plus.

• ITILCertified.
• ServiceNow CSA.
• ServiceNow CAD.
• Any additionalServiceNow certifications will be a plus.
