Summary:

We are lookingfor a ServiceNow Portal developer. The ServiceNow Developer rolewill work closely with business and product teams to achieve thedesired outcome within the Agile Methodology.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Creating and implementingcomplex pages.
  • Creating and implementingcustom widgets.
  • Implementing designerprovideduser interfaces.
  • Matching the UI from designson various pages of a portal.
  • Resolving UIperformance bottlenecks.
  • Resolving complexwidget defects.
  • Writing ATF tests.
  • Analyzing usage statistics.
  • Ensuringcustom widgets and pages are ready for upgrade.
Basic Requirements:
  • B.E./B. Techin Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalenteducation.
  • 3 years of experience in developingon the ServiceNow platform.
  • 2 years ofexperience in developing custom service portals.
  • Experience with integrations platform configurationdesign and deployment.
  • Experience with customapplication development including Custom Service Portal widgetcreation.
  • 2 years of scripting/codingExperience (e.g. JavaScript AngularJS HTML BootstrapSQL).
  • ServiceNow Certifications a plus (bonusfor ServiceNow Portal Fundamentals ServiceNow PortalAdvanced).
  • Web development experience aplus.
  • Excellent analytical and creativeproblemsolving skills.
  • Technically savvy andable to design and build applications that meet business goals andobjectives.
  • A selfmotivated creativeproblemsolver who can adapt to new technologies and evolvingcustomer requirements.
  • Capable of workingindependently as well as in a team environment.
  • Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear andconcise manner tailoring the communication appropriately to theintended audience.
  • Excellent active listeningskills.
  • Capable of dealing with and managingconflict.
  • Able to work effectively in anenvironment with many competing and high prioritydemands.
Preferred Requirements:
  • ServiceNow CSA.
  • Any additionalServiceNow certifications will be a plus.
