PositionDescription

Serve as the SeniorServiceNow application developer responsible for implementingsolution design using best industry practices.

Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements.

Design and develop solutions within theServiceNow environment to include new or modifications toapplications forms flow workflow UI policies UI actions BusinessRules ACLs UI Builder Catalog Items Integrations and any otherServiceNow related configurations required to support clientprocesses.

Translate requirements/stories andmockups into fully functional features by working closely with theteam lead.

Provide advanced support forServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult softwareproblems implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis.

Participate in discovery sessions and processdefinitions with team lead and other developers

Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirementsgathering and developing/documenting process workflows.

Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments fromDEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies

Detailed Skills Requirements Foundation forSuccess (Basic Qualifications):

This experience is the foundation a candidateneeds to be successful in this position:

7 years of direct development experience with theServiceNow platform that includes scoped/custom applicationdevelopment.

5 years of experience in custominbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.

5 years of experience configuring and customizing allaspects of ServiceNow UI Actions UI Policies UI Pages Business.Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Catalog Client Scripts CatalogUI Policies Email Scripts Roles / Groups.

5years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow processflows and workflows.

5 years of implementationand development in ServiceNow CMDB ITAM (Software & Hardware)ITSM and portfolio mgmt.

3 years of developingeffective workspaces dashboards reporting and establishingsupportive workflow

3 years of experience withimporting and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loadstransform maps and XMLs.

3 years of experiencewith developing in ServiceNow Experience App Engine Studio with UIBuilder.

Must be able to obtain a Public Trustcontract requirement.
