PrimaryResponsibilities 4 to 6 years of relevant experience inadministrating and supporting ServiceNow.Should be selfdriven good communicator and a teamplayer. Perform all phases of softwareengineering including requirements analysis application design codedevelopment and testing. Design andimplement product features in collaboration with business andstakeholders. Design reusable componentsframeworks and libraries. Work very closelywith architecture groups and drivesolutions. Participate in an Agile / Scrummethodology to deliver high quality software releases every 2 weeksthrough Sprint. Design and developinnovative solutions to meet the needs of thebusiness. Review code and provide feedbackrelative to best practices and improvingperformance. Troubleshoot production supportissues post deployment and produce solutions asrequired. Mentor and guide other softwareengineers within theteam.
MustHave Skills Having 4to 6 years of experienceon different platforms like ServiceNow HTML JavaScript jQuery SQLUI & CSS. Should have strongknowledge on client / serverside scripting Service Portal UIReporting ACLs Mid server setup APIs integration and connectionwith other databases. Knowledge of ITILframework and good understanding of ITSM modules(Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management Product Catalogetc). Advanced problemsolvingability. Excellent communication andpresentation skills Web development toolsand techniques like .NET and AJAX Having 2years of experience on continuous integration continuousdelivery. Having 3 years of experience withAgile methodologies.Nice To HaveSkills
