Job Purpose

 ASSA ABLOY India Pvt Ltd is looking for an Area Sales Manager based out Lucknow responsible to generate business from Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Varanasi and other upcountry defined territories.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for driving growth by converting & retaining key accounts in the respective territories

• Allocate distribution and key account targets and review them with ASE’s /DSE’s

• To Identify the Potential of the markets & identify relevant channels and new products, required for the territory.

• Drive and Manage Potential Distributors across the territory

• Exploring new territories and focus on key pockets for volume and profitability

• Strategize in converting top key accounts for sustainable growth.

• Keep a complete track of competition activities and create counter strategies

• Forecasting/Budgeting, planning, and driving execution through Data analysis and updating on Industry trends.
