Service Advisor


Roles&Responsibilities

CustomerInteraction & RequirementsGathering
Greetcustomers and understand their servicerequirements.
Manage serviceappointments ensuring timely flow and reducing customer waittimes.
Conduct a preliminaryinspection of the vehicle with the customer to note down anyvisible issues ordamage.

JobCard Creation & WorkflowCoordination
Create adetailed Job card with vehicle data diagnosis estimated workinghours completion date and estimate ofcosts.
Explain the work to bedone to the customer providing cost estimation and necessaryinformation.
Explain the jobsmentioned on the job card to the LeadTechnician.
Coordinate with theLead Technician to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion ofservice jobs.
Organize testdrives with the Service Champion and Lead Technician to ensureaccuratediagnosis.

CustomerApprovals &Communication
Obtaincustomer approval for any extensions to the service order andcommunicate this information to the LeadTechnician.
Maintain regularcommunication with customers updating them on the progress of theirvehicleservice.

IssueResolution &Upselling
Addresscustomer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly andprofessionally.
Upsell additionalservices and products whenappropriate.

Payment& PostServiceEngagement
Assistcustomers with the payment process ensuring clarity in invoicingand handling any billingdiscrepancies.
Follow up withcustomers after service completion to ensure satisfaction andmaintain records.
Update customerfeedback and escalate any unresolvedcomplaints.

VehicleHandover
Handover thevehicle to the customer explaining the jobs completed during theservice

SkillsRequired MandatorySkills

Should have excellent communication customer service skills& business acumen.
Knowledge of 2wheeler or 4 wheeler service and repair processespreferably 2W EV knowledge
Ability to explain technical information tocustomers.
Strong problemsolvingand conflict resolution skills.
Multitasking and time managementabilities.
Patience and empathywhen dealing with customerconcerns.
IT or DMS workingknowledge.
Basic computer skillsfor data entry anddocumentation.

PreferableSkills 2W EVKnowledge

Understanding of battery SOC (State of Charge) deep discharge andcharging/discharging processes.
Knowledge of wiring diagrams sensor management and electricalcircuits.
Familiarity with BLDCmotors Hall sensors and the working principle ofMagneto.
Knowledge of CDC(Chargingdischarging) workingcycles.
Experience with batteryBMS connector placement controllers and cell rotationprinciples.




RequirementsExperience:Minimum1.5yearsofexperience

Educationqualification:AnyGraduateorITIinElectricalorDiplomainElectrical&electronicEngg.
