Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator is responsible for thepreparation and delivering technical
presentation andquotations explaining products or services to customers andengineers to assess
equipment/screens needs and todetermine customers requirements.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
1) Maintain existing customers'accounts.
2) Respond to customers' enquiriesfollowup and provide solutions to clients.
3) Review andprepare sales quotation as per customer'senquiries.
4) Provide regular update to customers onproject development in a timely manner.
5) Prepareweekly and monthly sales report. Conduct PPM (preproductionmeeting).
6) Sales coordination between factory andoverseas sales offices.
7) Liaising with customers ontechnical specifications.
8) Conduct a thorough contractreview with the clients prior receiving Sales Orderconfirmation.
9) Ensure correct and full informationabout the Sales order are passed to engineering and production.Able
to prepare job sheets with all relevant clientrequirements in it.
10) Support team in preparingmarketing sales & presentation materials.
11)Provide information to team on market forecast and participate inmarket analysis.
12) Willing to travel when and ifneeded.
13) Sales followsups. (Temporary) To includepartial Supply Chain role:
8.1 Pipes & RawMaterials ordering
8.2 Pipes & Raw Materialscost controlling
Prepare supply agreements
14) Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
15)Adheres companys guidelines with regards to Safety andQuality.
16) Complies to Company Code of BusinessConduct.
17) Promote and participate in companywide ordepartmental programs such as: TotalQuality Management Lean Manufacturing
SocialActivities REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Must complete minimum training required specified in EmployeeQualification and OJT Form No. S 1
026F.

1. Education : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering petroleumor any engineering
related course
2.Communication : Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in oral andwritten English)
3. Experience : Proven and Solid 5years of work experience in the same field and in theOil
& Gas equipment ManufacturingEnvironment
4. Software/Hardware : Presentation toolssales/CRM tools Microsoft office( word ppt Excel
