TheHR Executive will play a vital role in the daily operations of theHuman Resources department primarily focusing on recruitment. Thisentrylevel position is perfect for recent graduates or individualswith limited experience who are enthusiastic about starting acareer in HR. The HR Executive will support a range of HR functionsincluding recruitment onboarding employee engagement and compliancewith company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strongorganizational abilities attention to detail and a strong desire tolearn and grow within the HRdomain.


Responsibilities:

  • Managethe endtoend recruitment process including job postings resumescreening interview scheduling and coordination with hiringmanagers.

  • Facilitatethe onboarding process by preparing new hire doentation andcoordinating orientationsessions.

  • Maintainemployee records and ensure HR databases are accurate anduptodate.

  • Manageorganizing employee engagement initiatives and companyevents.

  • Addressemployee inquiries regarding HR policies andprocedures.

  • Supportthe administration of employee benefits including health insuranceand leavemanagement.

  • Ensureadherence to company policies and relevant legalregulations.

  • Managein generating HR reports and presentations formanagement.

  • Participatein training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge andss.

  • Upholdthe companys core values: Deliver what was asked deliver on timedeliver within budget deliver quality and deliver a greatexperience.


Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield (or equivalentexperience).

  • Strongorganizational ss with keen attention todetail.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal ss capable of engaging withemployees at alllevels.

  • Basicunderstanding of HR principles and practices particularly inrecruitment.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel WordPowerPoint).

  • Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.

  • Willingnessto learn and adapt in a fastpacedenvironment.


PreferredSs:


  • Familiaritywith HR software or HRIS systems isadvantageous.

  • Basicknowledge of labor laws andregulations.

  • Previousinternship experience in HR or related fields is aplus.

  • Understandingof recruitment techniques and best practices including candidatesourcing screening andinterviewing.

  • Abilityto cultivate relationships with candidates and promote a positiveemployer brand throughout the recruitmentprocess.
