We work closely with them to understand specific business, project and resource requirements and engage trained and experienced resources to work as an extension to our clients’ teams at significantly reduced costs.

We primarily serve the small and medium businesses in eCommerce, IT services, Healthcare and Financial Services.


Position: HR Executive

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Industry: Outsourcing/IT Services
Work Days: 5 days working
Employee Size: 30-40

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-4 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
  • Skills: Strong communication in English, ability to handle multitasking, and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. This role involves a blend of recruitment and HR operations to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior experience in recruitment, and a proactive approach to the entire gamut of HR.

An individual joining us for this role will have an opportunity to wear multiple hats as per the priority and grow in more than one area of human resources.



RequirementsRecruitment (60%)
1.    Talent Acquisition:

o   Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Civil Engineering, and Customer

o   Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals, etc.

2.    Screening & Selection:

o   Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant departments

o   Coordinate (with Hiring Managers and candidates) and manage the hiring process, including offer roll outs and joining formalities.

3.    Employer Branding - Enhance the company’s presence on professional platforms to attract right talent.


 

HR Operations (40%)
1.    Onboarding & Induction:

o  Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation.

2.    Employee Engagement:

o   Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

o   Addressing employees’ queries and grievances.

3.    HR Policies & Compliance:

o   Implement HR policies and maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations.

4.    Performance Management:

o   Facilitate conducting performance appraisals and addressing employee queries.

5.    Administrative Support

o   Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.

o   Coordinate with different vendors
