Overview:The HRExecutive plays a pivotal role in the human resources departmentcontributing to the overall success of the organization byeffectively managing HR functions. They are responsible forimplementing HR initiatives policies and programs that align withthe companys strategic objectives and foster a positiveorganizational culture. The HR Executive serves as a crucial linkbetween management and employees ensuring smooth communicationresolving conflicts and promoting employee engagement andwellbeing.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Oversee therecruitment and onboarding process for newhires
  • Administer and monitor HR policies andprocedures
  • Manage employee relations andprovide guidance on conflict resolution
  • Conductperformance management and reviewprocesses
  • Assist in the development andimplementation of HR programs andinitiatives
  • Participate in the of training anddevelopment programs
  • Handle employee datamanagement and analysis
  • Assist in payrollprocessing and benefits administration
  • Supportin the of workplace health and safetyinitiatives
  • Contribute to the development andmaintenance of employee engagementactivities
  • Assist in HR compliance and legalrequirements
  • Collaborate in the establishmentof HR strategies and objectives
  • ConductHRrelated research and analysis to supportdecisionmaking
  • Provide support in HR reportingand recordkeeping
  • Participate in HR audits andprocess improvements
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Demonstrated experience in HR roles orrelated positions
  • Familiarity with HR policiesprocedures and labor laws
  • Strong knowledge ofperformance management processes
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto handle confidential and sensitive information withdiscretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRISsystems
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities
  • Proven organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Understanding of diversity equityand inclusion principles
  • Certification in HRmanagement or related field (e.g. SHRMCPPHR)
  • Experience in conflict resolution andemployee relations
  • Knowledge of data analysisand reporting techniques
  • Ability to workeffectively both independently and in a teamsetting
