Position - HR Executive
Experience - 2-4 years
Budget- 6 LPA
Location- Ahmedabad
*Only Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar candidates preferred.*
Roles and Responsibility of HR:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Design compensation and benefits package and implement it. Strong knowledge of Labor Law compliance is a must.
- Design and Develop Employee friendly work policies, Update the existing ones and ensure they are being followed at the organizational level.
- Prior experience in employee onboarding, inductions, and exit management. Managing attendance & payroll cycle and HR-related Contracts and letters.
- Execute, Oversee, and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Monitor and keep track of HR Metrics
- Any other HR and Admin-related activities that may arrive occasionally.

- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory compliance

- Strong team player & changing environment
- Ability to foster healthy employee relationships
