Franchisee On boarding and Relationship Management:

Develop and implement a streamlined process for onboarding new franchisees.

Ensure effective communication and relationship management with franchisees to address their

needs and concerns.

Onboard 10 franchisees per month within Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune.

2. Store Expansion and Market Penetration:

Develop a strategic plan to expand the network of paint franchisee outlets within

Cheenai

Meet or exceed set targets for store expansion and market penetration in the region.

3. Sales and Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and

customer acquisition.

Achieve or surpass sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth in the assigned region.

4. Reporting:

Establish a reporting system to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing,

and store operations.

Generate regular reports and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for

improvement.

Provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business performance

and decision-making.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing

professionals.

Provide training, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and

capabilities.
