Job Description: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within your designated region(Kerala & Tamilnadu).

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.


Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration within the assigned region.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, developers, and distributors.

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to eƯectively promote company products, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company visibility and expand the customer base. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and MBA. Proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials industry, with a minimum of 18 years of experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel within the region as needed
